Hello, you.
I wish I could gather all my strength to write a reply to you- but I couldn't. I read your email for the umpteenth time and I still couldn't.
Here is me, as you know it.
I always have problems stringing words when it's important. When it matters. I rolled my words around and bit on my tongue till it bleed.
I miss you, and thanks for your stories.
My life is the same old boring routine, and things you'd rather not know. A kid smiled at me the other day. An auntie kissed my hand after I drew her blood.
It hits me hard to accept that we could possibly never be anything more than what we are now, and I admit I am masking my sadness with all the songs I sang and all the works I delved myself into. By the end of the day, I would still be reminded of you.
I guess only time could heal my soul. But time is a ruthless healer. It never tells me when to stop.
As for you, I would always hope and pray for the best in all the things that you're doing. There so much more to say, but it's gonna be all a jumble. Funny how my words fail me when I need them the most. And you said my works are remarkable.
That's for now, good night.
Yours,
Keon.
